Keep account details accurate and protect your credentials. Use Bookeen lawfully. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Your material and output
You retain your rights in submitted material. You permit Bookeen to process and store it to provide requested features. As between you and Bookeen, your generated book content is yours to use, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Review before release
AI can produce errors, omissions or similar output for different users. Review facts, permissions and the final manuscript before publishing. Bookeen does not guarantee sales, exclusivity or acceptance by a store.
Plans, credits and payments
The pricing and checkout pages describe the purchase, renewal cycle and credit terms. Manage subscriptions in Plan & Billing. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
External platforms
Connecting or publishing to another service is subject to that service’s rules and availability. You remain responsible for your external accounts, permissions and publication decisions.
Availability and misuse
Features and providers may change or become unavailable. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Keep your own copies of files you need.
Updates and applicable rights
Material revisions appear on this page with an updated date. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support if you need clarification.
