How do I contact Bookeen support?

How do I change or cancel my Bookeen plan?
Open Billing in your Bookeen account settings to change or cancel your plan and to see your invoices. If a charge looks wrong, email support with the date and amount.
What should I do if a chapter or cover fails to generate?
Email support with the project reference, the chapter or cover affected and roughly when it happened. The team can then check that project directly.
How do I delete my Bookeen account?
You can delete your account yourself in your account settings by confirming your email address. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address on the account.
How do I ask for a copy of my data or its deletion?
Email support@bookeen.ai from your account address and say what you need. The privacy policy explains how Bookeen processes personal data.
How do I report a security issue?
Email support@bookeen.ai with the affected page, the impact and the steps to reproduce it. Do not include other people’s private data.
